If you've tried every
potion, pill and program to stop
panic attacks, if you've read every eBook you found
online with no success, I'm pleased that you found my
blog. I'm here to tell you there is hope and you
can stop panic attacks forever.
Dear
Friend,
Thank you for taking the time to visit my
blog. My name is Sarah Mitchell, and like so many people, I have struggled
with social anxiety for most of my adult life.
My problems started during my sophomore year of college.
Life was pretty stressful and after I had a bad
breakup with my high school sweetheart I got pretty
depressed. I started getting overwhelmed with school
and working two jobs just to pay the bills. That's when my
nightmare started.
"Couldn't
Leave My Apartment"
I
never had a problem with anxiety before
then. From
that point on, panic attacks became a constant
struggle. I found myself getting anxious about the
simplest things like what to wear and what to eat.
Driving my car became a problem. I felt paralyzed
whenever I got behind the wheel. I
stopped seeing my friends and avoided taking their
calls. I started getting anxious about even the
thought of seeing people. Heaven forbid when I
had to talk to someone. I felt physically ill. Beads
of sweat ran down my face, my heart would start
racing and my hands would shake. Many times
I'd find myself throwing up in the bathroom. After a
while, I stopped seeing my friends altogether and couldn't leave
my apartment. I got fired from one job when I didn't
show up for work. Without money to pay for college, I
had to drop out.
"Prescriptions
Didn't Work for Me"The
Student Health Clinic didn't provide much
help. Sure, they recommended counseling and I tried
that for a while. When that didn't
work and my anxiety got really bad, they
tried tranquilizers and anti-anxiety drugs.
They only made
things worse. I felt dead inside when I was
taking them. Over the years, I tried just
about everything I could find. A few
of them worked for a while, but it never failed --
eventually the anxiety would return, usually at the
worst possible time.
Throughout
it all, one very dear friend wouldn't
give up on me. He saw through my
problems and became my rock of
strength in a sea of despair. A
year ago we were married and a
few months ago I gave birth to our
first child, a beautiful girl we
named Chloe. When I was pregnant my
panic attacks got worse and I had finally had enough. I
decided that I needed to take back
control of my life and find a CURE
for Social Anxiety once and for all.
"Eventually, I
Found the Social Anxiety Cure That Worked"
My biggest regret was having spent so much time,
money and energy desperately trying to succeed with
products, hypnosis and pills. Ultimately they did very
little to stop my panic episodes.
Thankfully, I came across the Panic Away website online.
Since I never heard of it
before I was a bit skeptical.
But after reading some personal success stories
and learning that the
cost was minimal compared to everything else I tried, I decided to give it a shot.
"Isn't
like one of those eBooks..."
Like
many of you, I scoured the Internet and read just
about every free eBook on the subject I could find.
I even wasted quite a bit of money buying a few of
them. If you're like me, you were probably
disappointed -- so much money spent on empty
promises. What
was so
different about Panic Away is the
One-on-One coaching
they provide absolutely free. It made all the
difference for me. I learned
exactly what to do when I start feeling anxious.
They even provide free mp3
downloads. One is the "Emergency One
Move Technique" audio. The other is for
"Driving Anxiety." I loaded both of them on
my mp3 player and constantly use them when I feel an
attack coming on. Most importantly,
I was able to stop panic attacks permanently using an entirely natural
method in about 4 days.
Don't get me wrong, everyone's different and it may
take you a bit longer than four days to experience the
success that I did. All I can tell you is that it
worked incredibly well for me.
"
I Have My Life Back..."
It's
been four months now since my last attack.
My
life has changed dramatically for the better. My husband
now has a wife that doesn't "freak out" all the
time when we have to go out. I don't worry
about when I'll have another episode. If I do start to
feel anxious, I know what causes it. But
even more important, I
now know exactly what to do to break the cycle
and relax myself until the anxious feelings pass. How has my
life changed? No
more anxiety when I meet a stranger. No more guilt about
avoiding my friends. I've been given a
second lease on life and couldn't be happier!
I
wish I had known about Panic Away sooner because I
could have cured my problem long ago. If you're
ready, join me and thousands of others who stopped
panic attacks for good!
Wishing you every success,
Sarah
